Eli began his legal career at Gornitzky & Co. as a legal intern and has been an associate with the firm since 2020.
Eli is involved in the firm’s banking and finance practice, in which he engages in the drafting of various financing agreements, representing both borrowers and lenders. Additionally, Eli advises companies throughout the various stages of their development with regard to day-to-day activities, financing, contracts and agreements.
