Ms. Portugalov served as a lawyer at Gornitzky & Co. and has been an associate with the firm since 2014.
Adv. Portugalov engages in all aspect of the real estate practice.
She represents the firm’s clients in real estate transactions, including income generating assets, residential and commercial real estate, combination deals, leasing of real estate and so on and so forth, including ongoing matters pertaining to residential, commercial and construction projects.
Adv. Portugalov also accompanies clients throughout every stage of the project, including with respect to the sale or purchase of land, construction and development aspects, real estate taxation, financing aspects and more.
In addition, Marina is responsible for the registration of the project in the register of condominiums.
Marina is also Engaged in the field of private clients. As part of her private clients practice, Marina is involved in the day-to-day legal matters related to high-net-worth individuals, both in Israel and abroad. She also is involved in legal matters with respect to Israeli non-profit organizations.
Marina is authorized to issue a continuing power of attorney.
