Our firm represented the underwriters, Poalim IBI – Underwriting and Issuing Ltd., in an initial public offering (IPO) of the company, Energin R. Technologies 2009 Ltd. Energin R. Technologies 2009 Ltd. is a software company that develops AI-based software designed to analyze genetic information based on Big Data, with the aim of speeding up and enhancing the efficiency of species improvement for plants and animals in the global agricultural industry.
In the IPO, the company raised an amount of approximately NIS 97 million.
The underwriters were represented by the partner Sharon Werker-Sagy, together with associates Sharon Strauss, Lee Cohen and Yelena Korshin.
