Our firm successfully represented Organix Ltd. (a downstream subsidiary of global company Abbott) in a high-stakes lawsuit against Dror Yefet, former CEO and director of Organix, who had embezzled funds from the company through a sophisticated and prolonged scheme. The lawsuit against Mr. Yefet was almost entirely accepted, and the court awarded Organix an astounding compensation of approximately NIS 50 million (NIS 67 million including linkage differentials and interest since 2015), along with legal costs totaling NIS 800,000.
