Gornitzky represented the underwriters in the USD 883 million Global-E secondary offering on Nasdaq.

Gornitzky represented the underwriters, led by Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, Jefferies and BofA Securities, in the USD 883 million secondary offering of Global-E Online Ltd. on Nasdaq. The selling shareholders sold an aggregate of 13,800,000 shares in the offering.

Global-E is a world-leading platform to enable and accelerate global, direct-to-consumer cross-border e-commerce.

Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, Jefferies and BofA Securities acted as lead book-running managers for the offering. Piper Sandler, JMP Securities, KeyBanc Capital Markets, Needham and Raymond James acted as co-managers for the offering.

The underwriters were represented by partners Chaim Friedland, Ari Fried and Dr. Assaf Prussak along with senior associate Nir Knoll and associates Josh Cohn, Desiree Reichman and Tamar Barchad.
