Gornitzky represented the underwriters in WalkMe’s USD 287 million IPO on Nasdaq

Gornitzky represented the underwriters, led by Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs and Citigroup, in the USD 287 million initial public offering of WalkMe Ltd. on Nasdaq.

WalkMe’s cloud-based Digital Adoption Platform enables organizations to measure, drive and act to ultimately accelerate their digital transformations and better realize the value of their software investments.

Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs and Citigroup acted as lead book-running managers for the offering. Wells Fargo Securities, Barclays and BMO Capital Markets acted as joint bookrunners for the offering. JMP Securities, KeyBanc Capital Markets and Needham & Company acted as co-managers for the offering.

The underwriters were represented by partners Chaim Friedland, Ari Fried and Dr. Assaf Prussak along with associates Nir Knoll, Josh Cohn, Desiree Reichman and Alon Cohen.
