The court rejected a pre-derivative discovery motion against Bezeq and Bezeq International.

Our firm represented Bezeq the Israeli Telecommunication Corporation and its subsidiary, Bezeq International, in a pre-derivative discovery motion that was filed by Olir Trade and Industries, based on an alleged claims that Bezeq International unlawfully charged its customers who did not use the internet service for a certain perio.

Following the hearing at the Tel Aviv-Yaffo District Court (Economics Department), the Honorable Judge Altuvia recommended that Olir withdraw the request with prejudice. Following Olir’s motion to withdraw the motion, the court ordered that the proceedings be dismissed with prejudice, while also ruling on expenses in favor of Bezeq and Bezeq International.
