Gornitzky is representing the Elco Group in an appeal for the refund of a deposit in the amount of NIS 29 million in respect of a breach of the terms and conditions of a transaction for the acquisition of the movie chain, Globus Max.

Gornitzky is representing the Elco Group in an appeal that was filed with the Supreme Court for the refund of a deposit in the amount of NIS 29 million, in respect of a breach of the terms and conditions of a transaction for the acquisition of the movie chain, Globus Max. In the alternative, Elco is requesting to cancel the acquisition of the movie chain and the distribution operations and that it be reimbursed for the amount of NIS 144.1 million.

Elco is represented by the partners Ofer Tzur and Ofer Fleischer together with associate Lior Sharabi.
